Shipping

Standard Orders:
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from our studio in Oswego, IL.  This timeframe excludes personalized, made-to-order, or drop-shipped products, each of which has its own unique processing times detailed below.

Weekend Orders:
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

For personalized, made-to-order, or drop-shipped products, please refer to specific listing for turn around time.

 

Return Policy

Unused and unopened products can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and final sale items cannot be returned. This includes personalized stationery, and framed art prints, which are all final sale, non-refundable, and ineligible for returns.

 

Returning Gifted Items:

If you wish to return an item that was gifted to you, please contact hello@ashleyfryestudio for assistance.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will promptly credit your original method of payment, excluding non-refundable shipping costs. Please note that refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and appear on your account, as processing times vary between payment providers.
